Here is the procedure for booking:

1. Decide on your time period and check for availability on our calendar.
2. Call 717.664.0540 with a visa or mastercard ready to make your reservation
3. Booking will take 10 minutes as we will have a chance to explain the use of the home to you and answer your questions.
4. If you are booking more than a month ahead of time, $100 will be required to book your stay. This amount is part of the total rent amount - not in addition to.
5. Within one month of your stay, the full balance is due
6. Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card or by mailing a check.
7. Print out a contract from this site, complete it and mail to: 1946 Lebanon Road, Manheim, PA 17545
8. Security deposit amount of $350 is held during your stay at Camelot Forest Chalet and returned within 30 days of your departure.
9. A packet with directions and a key will be mailed to you, along with check in instructions.
10. The home will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
11. After you leave, a cleaning service will come into the home and do a thorough inspection. Floors will be cleaned and surfaces will be sanitized. The charge for this is $75 and will be collected in addition to your rental amount. You are not responsible to vacuum or clean, however you will be responsible to put the home back in the condition in which you find it. This includes taking trash to the community's dumpster, cleaning dishes, and having furnishings, dishes, and all fixtures in place exactly as you found them.
